Learning Targets
Thank you for taking the time to look at the most recent curricular targets. These targets are identified by subject co-ordinators to make sure children progress at the expected rate across the school. They are not the only things children work on in class but they are aimed at making children progress further...faster. They are reviewed every term and progress is shared with the children. It is important that children know where they are and where they need to go next. You should expect children to know how to progress in every subject and for everything they do.
We hope you will use these targets for literacy and numeracy (English and maths) to discuss with your child their progress and how they think they are doing as well as helping them at home to achieve these targets. If you would like any more information please do not hesitate to contact your child's class teacher or the subject co-ordinator... or of course Mrs Leishman!
